Importing Data from Old Version into Version 1.2

Please follow all of these instructions carefully to ensure that you do not lose any data. If data is lost it cannot be recovered!

1. Navigate to the Workout Log & Library program folder in Windows. On most systems, the path will be C:\Program Files\Raquel13\Workout Log & Library 1.0.

2. Drag the files Workout Log.r13 and Workout Lib.r13 to your Desktop. (It would be a good idea to save extra copies in a separate folder as well).

3. Uninstall the previous version of Workout Log & Library from your computer. Make sure the Raquel13 folder is completely deleted from your Program Files folder.

4. Install Workout Log & Library 1.2.

5. Open Workout Log & Library 1.2.

6. Go to the Goals Setup screen by clicking the [?] button on the Goals checklist box. You will receive an error message ("There are no valid criteria in this request. Type a valid request before clicking Find."); ignore this message and click [Continue].

7. On the menu bar (top of screen), click Import Previous > Import Data from Previous Version

8. Your data will be imported into the new version. Once the import is complete, check to make sure all of your data, including the Workout Log, Library, Rotations, Body Stats, Custom Styles, Custom Equipment and Weights Used, has transferred.

9. You may now delete the old files from your desktop (or save them as backup, if you wish).
